Description

The key responsibilities associated to this function are:

- Ownership of all metrics results (customer satisfaction, operational, financial and quality metrics).

- Delivery on Lean Roadmap program

- Attend Client meetings including Review Board, Non-conformance meetings, incident escalation meetings and support meetings with mature and strong representations

- Lead the deployment of quality standards and processes

- Strict adherence to industry best practice

- Strong planning, organizational, forecasting and innovation skills

- Meticulous attention to detail is essential

- Compliance to all policies, procedures and ethical standards

- Responsibility to ensure optimum utilisation and productivity of resources (people, partners, infrastructure and tools)

- Management and planning of resources of the team

- Financial control and third party/vendor management

- The ability to adapt, learn and navigate internal structures and procedures

- Full ownership, accountability & management of month end process

- Ownership and management of cost models.

- Manage forecasting variances to within 3% monthly

- Responsible for delivery of cost leadership targets

- Identification of potential areas of cost reduction and delivery to of savings to set targets

- Comments on financial forecast changes to reflect action taken to impact cost identifying productivity drivers.

- Match resource to demand through planning Improve ratio of demand to volume by x% per annum as per productivity targets set.

- The ability to thrive and manage in a demanding and challenging fast paced environment

- The ability to adhere to strict and demanding deadlines and workloads

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

- Strong financial management experience - 3 years' Cost model management & month end process

- Proven intermediate to advanced knowledge of required tools and software ie: intermediate to advanced Excel

- Proven skills in data analysis, innovation, communication and negotiation

- Strong a team player with sound leadership skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in all media and at all levels with relevant stakeholders

- Excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and proactively

- Commitment to self-development and the subsequent development of others

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
