My telecoms client is seeking a Quality Management Consultant for a 12 month project, based in either CHINA or NORTH AFRICA.

Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of large-scale business quality management experience, priority for ICT Industry

Expert of on-site project quality management

Familiar to various quality tool and experience in driving for continuous improvement with professional approaches

English speaking, and good training skills. German speaking is of preference.

QCC and Lean-six sigma experience is preferred

Develop delivery project management quality assurance process and standards
Set up project management KCP and criteria for review and evaluation
Working with key accounts for customer engagement,
Frontline support through site audit, quality training, root cause analysis and drive for improvement
Industrial quality management study and best practice sharing
Deliver quality trainings globally

Duration: 12 months extendable contract

Location: CHINA or NORTH AFRICA
