Public sector organisation looking for a management accountant for an immediate start.
Main Purpose of the Job:
To be a key member of the Management Accounting team working with a high degree of autonomy, to support budget monitoring and forecasting, whilst contributing to the overall development of the Finance service. You'll also be responsible for some reconciliation, including bank rec;
Experience required (within the public sector):
ØBudget Monitoring and producing reports.
ØKnowledge of year-end accounting, accruals, prepayments and general balance sheet management.
ØTraining and supporting budget holders.
ØIdeally a qualified Accountant but qualified by experience is essential.
