Position Title: Senior Public Cloud Operation Solution Planner

Responsibilities
- Lead solution understanding for customer engagements
- Act as the operation lab leader and key advisor to both customers and internal leadership teams
- Own the public cloud operation solution portfolio and roadmap development
- Analyze competitors’ moves, market trends, business operations, etc
- Deeply understand customer requirements to identify competitive edges
- Engage with lead customers and industry players for new business ventures
- Guide the future overall planning and design of cloud operation solutions
- Manage and be responsible for delivering strategic technical projects on a large scale
- Support strategic relationship with tier 1 customers and the join innovation center
- Lead business concepts, design, and architecture
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in a major ICT vendor or provider, strong experience in WEU
- Master or higher education degree in computer science, software, telco, etc
- 7+ years in customer engagement / leadership positions in a service providers
- Expert in designing solutions through agile development models
- 2+ years in cloud - specifically strong in SDN and NFV
- Deep understanding of customer requirements, competitive landscape, internet operations in DevOps field
- Familiar with new business models, cloud, and internet of things
