Description
Overall Purpose:- Special Pricing team provides sales support to Agent Managers/Agents by securing competitive pricing to win/retain opportunities.
- Review pricing opportunities to determine if better pricing is required
- Provides possible solutions to support special priced deals
- Works with strategic pricing for approvals beyond their authority utilizing the ROME (Siebel platform) system
- Works with contract management group to revise contract language as needed
- Addresses contractual issues in respect to Special/Custom deals
- Perform Ethernet Checks and provide promotional rates available.
- May also work on retention program to ensure revenue renewal and growth
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills - both oral and written
- Customer Service
- High school diploma
- Microsoft Office Suites
