Description

Overall Purpose:
  • Special Pricing team provides sales support to Agent Managers/Agents by securing competitive pricing to win/retain opportunities.
  • Review pricing opportunities to determine if better pricing is required
  • Provides possible solutions to support special priced deals
  • Works with strategic pricing for approvals beyond their authority utilizing the ROME (Siebel platform) system
  • Works with contract management group to revise contract language as needed
  • Addresses contractual issues in respect to Special/Custom deals
  • Perform Ethernet Checks and provide promotional rates available.
  • May also work on retention program to ensure revenue renewal and growth
