Sales Director - £100,000 + Double OTE - LondonA new sales director is need to look after a commercial sales team based in the south east of London.
The fantastic managed service provider have been in business for over 30 years and have an excellent service and solution to provide. As a business they turn over between £38 million to £40 Million per year, however the new sales director is tasked with taking that turnover to £50 million in the next 5 years.
The business offers a fantastic solution to both SME and Enterprise business's as the company has a brilliant tier 3 Data Centre and own cloud solution platform.
Your role:-
- You will effectively manage and grow the sales team with in the commercial sector
- Provide training and support to sales members
- To provide a clear vision and sales strategy to the team
- To be able to manage the team virtually and in person
Salary and benefits:-
- £90,000 to £100,000 + Double OTE
