ICT Service Improvement Manager

Location West Midlands

Start Date

Contract Length - 6 months

A public sector client based in the West Midlands is currently looking for an experienced ICT service manager to help drive improvements within the trusts service providing efficient solutions.

Scope of work

You will be working at an operational level within the I.T. service team developing options for improvements to the future support of the Care Director ensuring that Business, Technical and supplier support are clearly defined and documented.

You will
  • Have previous experience of ICT Support Management, managing and developing relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Have substantial experience of managing stabilisation plans for large systems
  • Have the ability to take reasoned judgements in high pressure and potentially crisis situations
  • Have the ability to manage complex changes to the desktop infrastructure, understanding the impact on operational services.
  • Be ITIL Qualified
