Description
I am currently working with a world leading pharmaceutical company and looking for a Maintenance Craftsperson to be a part of this great organisation. You will initially be working on a 9 month contract in Havant, England. As part of this activity you will be required to be available on a call out basis during non-core hours to act as the engineering point of contact. It is expected that you will be available 24/7 during the period that they are on call.As a Maintenance Craftsperson your key skills / experience will include:
> Problem Solving skills - Utilizing OE tools and techniques to drive down MTTR
> Recognized Engineering apprenticeship, ONC, HNC or equivalent qualification > GMP, GEP, CI & TPM
> Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at high level of accomplishment > Makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; most of his/her solutions and suggestions turn out to be correct and accurate when judged over time; sought out by others for advice and solutions
> Post-training experience, preferably from within a Pharmaceutical or FMCG packaging environment
> Demonstrates perspective and poise in the face of uncertainty and effectively gets things done amidst organizational change
