Description
Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for 2 SAP Trainers join the team of its client in Angola for 5 months on a full time basis. This is a contract position.
The client are offering a competitive all in day rate for the right candidate. This project is requires a trainer who speaks both Portuguese and English.
Core Activities:
Deliver End User Training across SIOP, Joint Venture Accounting, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Finance Business Warehouse between them.
Identify areas for improvement or where additional training is required
Work with regional Process team to understand Angola processes
Participate in the localisation of training materials
Prepare the training environment data and scenarios
Participate in Train the Trainer
Participate in the Training Pilot
Complete any materials updates required following Train the Trainer and the Training Pilot
Support Training evaluation and assessment
Provide Early Live Support, including Floor walking when required
Support Transition to Sustain
Minimum Capabilities:
Strong presentation skills
3+ year training delivery experience in SAP
Bi-lingual (English and Portuguese) (Trainers 1-3 only)
Knowledge of material localisation and ability to create data for system exercises
Experience in facilitating system based training
