IT Project ManagerSummary of Responsibilities
Project Scoping for a major business change / system implementation exercise within a membership organisation.
A fully integrated ERP system is required, with the emphasis on CRM capabilities as well as prospecting data and interface recording, fully interfacing into Financial modules.
Key Responsibilities:
To define the scope of the replacement IT system after consultation with all areas of the organisation
To ensure the project objectives are clearly stated and communicated across the organisation
After scoping exercise, identify suitable replacement IT systems alongside Director of Finance
Develop a business case for the IT implementation, alongside the required business change plans required to deliver the benefits
Develop a fully detailed project implementation plan
