Our client, a leading financial services business requires highly experienced Operational Excellence/Lean/Six Sigma Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead an Operational Excellence Assessment across its business.
The role requires the Project Manager/Business Analyst to review parts of the current business process, analyse the daily process of people, identify failures within the process and make recommendations (for example. Offshore parts, bear-shore, what can be automated etc).
You will ideally be based in Poland but the client will also consider individuals who would be prepared to be based in Poland.
To apply you must have 8 - 10 years Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence expertise within the Financial Services sector, ideally a certified Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt, a consultancy background or consultancy styled approach and extensive experience of providing Operational Assessment and reviews to clients. You must have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and have the ability to build strong relationships within the business. Polish language skills would be of particular interest.
