About the Company
IT Solution Architect is responsible for analysing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. As a member of the team, SA is reporting to the IT Infrastructure Delivery Team Leader and Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define the scope and design the solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical implementation
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
- Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
- Develop and perform technical presentations and proposals
- Support deployment of a solution
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
- POLISH AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL
- At least 3 years of experience in designing complex IT environments including network, server and storage area
- Master University Degree in Telecommunication or IT Technical Secondary School
- Knowledge and experience with Citrix products: XenApp, XenDesktop and Netscaler Access Gateway
- Knowledge and experience with VMware vSphere systems: ESX(i) 4.x/5.x
- Knowledge and experience with Windows Server platforms:
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix systems: RedHat, CentOS, Solaris
- Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and protocols as well as network security: TCP/IP,VPN,NAT,STP,VLAN,DMZ,MPLS and other
Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
- Storage systems (Netapp, Dell Compelent) and storage protocols: NFS, iSCSI
- Backup systems, eg SMVI,OSSV
- Routing, switching and load balancing
- Juniper Routers and Firewalls: ISG,SSG,SRX
- F5 BIG IP Load balancers
- IT and Telecom standards: ITIL/eTOM
