Consultant/Analyst -Credit Risk/Collections
Outsource UK are looking to recruit a Consultant/Analyst to join Project Abraham Change Management team to implement solutions that will enhance organisation strategy, operational structure, process, culture, people programmes and technology. This role is working for our financial services client based in Buckinghamshire and will be for an initial 9 months.
The Job:
Consultant/Change Analyst required to work on a Change programme, financial services experience coupled with experience of Collections/Recoveries or Credit Risk would be advantageous.
Key Accountabilities:
The candidate will be expected to complete the following:
- Put together detailed case studies, evidence, packs and responses to stakeholder queries
- Understand, map out and implement new processes and controls
- Document and manage tasks and action lists
- Performs Functional Administration tasks as part of the team developing Tallyman
Essential Skills & Experience Required
- Big 4 Change Management Consultancy skills advantageous
- Business Analysis
- Project Management
- Strong Process analysis and development skills
- Experience in Financial Services
- Background in Collections and Recoveries
- Experience of Credit Risk an advantage
