Description
Our client, one of the second largest professional services network in the world of whom provide audit, tax, consulting, enterprise risk and financial advisory services are currently looking for a number of Claims Handlers/Customer Service Agents to take on an initial 10 Month Contract based in Crawley, West Sussex.
Experience required:
- Experience of Sales or other financial products is an advantage.
- Used to dealing with customers.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Assertive attitude
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- History of achieving targets
- Excellent telephone manner
- Resilient and able to handle objections.
Role Description
Daily duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls with customers.
- Provide accurate and clear information about the claims process to customers.
- Ask relevant and appropriate open ended questions to obtain facts about the client's PPI Insurance.
- Pre-qualifying claims.
- Handle client questions and objections.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
