Fleet Manager & Regional Fleet Manager  



Start: April 2016



Location: Middle East, South Africa and Latin America



Duration: 3 months and then permanent position after positive evaluation



Rotation: None, 5-6 working days per week



Rate: $4,000 - $4,500 USD per month additional (Company Car, Accommodation Apartment, 1x return flight paid) daily bonuses



A leading global Heavy Lifting & Transportation client is currently looking for a number of Fleet Managers, to implement the group-wide maintenance strategy, organisation, people, processes and the economical results related to maintenance of all equipment and warehousing, including cranes, SPMT’s, trailers, trucks, as well as slings, shackles, mats etc.

  

Requirements:



- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience



- Experience of 5 years on Maintenance of Equipment in a heavy equipment service oriented



- Environment on a relevant level.



- Experience in complex and competitive environments



- In depth knowledge of heavy lifting equipment, industrial equipment assembly and mechanical works



- Organizational structuring: is able to implement an organizational structure and systems in order to build a framework for other to work in.



- P&L responsibility for his department



- Change Management: able to operate as a Change Agent



- Numerically literate: is able to understand, interpret and use financial figures, numbers and statistical information



- Fluent in English; other languages are an important asset
