Finance Administration Assistant
Location - Southampton, Hampshire
Job Description
The successful candidate will become the Assistant to the Delivery, Support & Execution teams
Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings, internal and external with associated facilities.
- Support Customer meetings and events. Collate agenda's and slide packs
- Assist with organising Global All Hands Meetings
- Travel and expenses management, create itinerary's for Key personnel and raises expense reports after travel
- Raise Purchase orders and goods receipt to clear invoices for payment
- Raise eforms for HR alignment
- Delegate for key Managers in all tools (to include Time reporting, T&E, Procurement and Vacation)
- Assist with onboarding of new starters
- Maintain web based holiday management tool
- Time report on behalf of Key Managers
- Additional adhoc support to other team members
- Order supplies
Experience Required
- Previous assistant experience
- Demonstrate advanced skills in communicating, influencing, building networks and relationships, coordinating, planning and delivering results
- Understanding of the administration function
- Fluent in oral and written English
