SAP HR PAYROLL CONSULTANT - Home Based -£50,000 per year plus benefitsThe SAP HR consultant will work with both the internal SAP Support team and third party/back office support consultants to deliver SAP solutions in order to meet business requirements.
The candidate must able to demonstrate and have in depth knowledge of SAP's HCM offerings and how they integrate with non HCM functionality such as Finance. The SAP HR consultant should have a good understanding of how other industries use SAP HCM.
Further, they must be capable of delivering enhancements or new functionality which will assist the company in streamlining business processes, reducing process costs and simplifying business procedures.
*SAP customising experience in SAP HCM and Payroll is essential.
*Strong and demonstrable knowledge of ESS/MSS, OM, PA, PY, PT and Training and Events.
*Support and implementation of UK Payroll and non UK payroll including schema and rule creation.
*Creation of functional and technical specifications.
*Assistance to Integration, Basis, Functional and 3rd parties' consultants.
*Key liaison role with SAP co-ordinators, business process owners and key users.
*Unit, integration and co-ordination of user acceptance testing.
*Proactively promoting SAP Best Practice in HCM and Payroll to the business.
*Quality checks / peer group review of configuration
*Resolution and investigation of incidents
*Participation in projects from pre-project analysis to project delivery and support.
*Project manages and deliver HCM/Payroll solutions in accordance with the Quarterly Release Schedule.
