Description

A large engineering manufacturer of industrial gasses requires an experienced export documentation clerk to support an oil & gas project in the Middle East. The role will be based in the head offices in Surrey.

Responsibilities:
Material tracking
Raising call forward instructions
Logging Good Receipt Notes (GRN's)
Maintaining the stock lists for the projects as and when goods are received
Query tag issues with vendors
Logging shipment references on the Material index
Uploading shipping documentation on to relevant project sharesite/project drive
Shipping documentation
Raising necessary shipping documentation for project shipments/shippex shipments
Invoicing
Getting vendors set up in SAP Printing invoices from Project Shipping inbox
Scanning all invoices
Raising eform per invoice
Processing through SAP
Sending relevant PO framework invoices to accounts

Requirements:
Export Documentation Clerk within a shipping department is essential.
Excel skills and strong attention to detail is vital within this role.
Experience of SAP and Ariba would also be beneficial.
