External Supply (ES) is part of our clients'Global Supply and is responsible for managing the product flow from contract manufacturers into the different markets worldwide.
Backfill is needed for Supply Chain Solutions member whom will be working on an External Supply project.
Responsibilities:
Primary task will be operations support & error resolution:
- Supporting a group of 20 SAP Purchasing planners with system and process questions:
• Material creations
• APO planning questions - planning parameter verification and changes
• Purchase order questions
• SAP Receipt questions.
• Financial set up questions.
• Analyze transactions / automations that are stopped, and make the correct master-data change
- Setup and maintain correct master data in the External Supply plants in SAP R/3 ERP system (MM, ECC and APO)Materials, BOM's, Vendors, Suppliers, procurement and planning data,
- Supporting SAP continuous improvement projects
- Create and provide training to end users on new processes and functionalities
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of the Supply Chain Management principles (planning, ordering, shipping, invoicing, tolling)
- Experience in Master data (minimal 1 year highly preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of impact of data to the business processes
- Business knowledge of Manufacturing and GMP requirements preferred
- Experience with SAP R/3 ERP systems (MM, ECC and APO) required
