Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Manager - Temporary - Glasgow
We are seeking a temporary Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Manager to join the Liquidity & Funding Controller team within a leading financial services organisation.
We have a temporary opportunity within our regulatory liquidity reporting team for an individual who will lead the delivery of the 5G report - a new, detailed liquidity report required daily by the Federal Reserve Bank. This is a significant opportunity to add real value to the team as we move to daily reporting of this high-profile report to one of our key global regulators.
The successful candidate will:

Lead a team who prepare distinct sections of the daily 5G regulatory liquidity returns, ensuring that the full return is completed to a high standard on a daily basis.

Provide effective review and challenge for the team's work and act as the point of escalation for any issues encountered.

Analyse the report output, perform a high-level review of documentation for adjustments and identify potential discrepancies in the returns prior to submission.

Present the output of the report in review & sign-off meetings with Corporate Treasury and senior LFC stakeholders.

Support the preparation of timely, accurate responses to any queries or review comments from the regulator.

Develop a strong working relationship with key stakeholders across the business

Work closely with the projects team to integrate enhancements to the report production process as they are developed.

Produce regular performance reporting and key metrics to demonstrate compliance with our targets and to identify potential areas of inefficiency/risk.
Skills required:
The successful candidate will have experience of leading a high-performing team and of delivering high-quality, accurate external reporting. The ability to analyse and interpret data to draw a meaningful conclusion is essential.

Be proficient with Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills essential), with Business Objects experience desirable

Be adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment

Have strong communication skills, especially in addressing technical and quantitative issues

Be a CCAB-qualified accountant
