Description:
Voor een van onze klanten in regio Brussels zijn we op zoek naar een Functionaal Analist SAP CRM / IS-U
Responsibilities:
• You support the operational services by informing them of the possibilities and limitations of the applications.
• You act as a link between the operational departments and IT.
Project modus:
• You assist with business & technical blueprint writing and validation
• You challenge the requirements and the technical solution and estimations
• You prepare test cases and solve issues with technical implementation of functional requirements
• You execute tests
• You document the functional solution
Service modus:
• You are able to prepare the acceptance tests in a clear way (selecting good test data/prescribing test scenarios), and are also able to carry them out independently.
• You actively deal with incidents, service requests and BPEM cases. In doing so, you pay particular attention to recurrence (preventing instead of curing).
• You manage the change requests assigned to you (design to delivery and documentation)
• You follow and understand all developments in the assigned applications that are introduced via other channels (e.g. the projects), and ensure that these changes are made in such a way that permits the application to be managed even after the project.
• You are responsible for correct implementation of the Income controls assigned to AM Sales.
• You report to Sales Service Manager or their replacement or the IS Project manager.
Technical skills:
• You have operational experience with SAP - CRM, more specific Sales processes, Tacit reconduction, manage Master Data, Switching processes and replication processes between SAP CRM & ISU
• You have operational experience with Marketing & Sales or IT services organisation (> 3 years)
• You have in-depth knowledge of the energy market and the Marketing & Sales organisation.
• You have excellent analytical skills and like working with numbers

• You are a problem-solver, able to take the initiative.
• You have good communication skills. You are also customer-oriented and thorough in your work.
• You are trilingual (Dutch-French-English)
