Real Staffing are currently working with an NHS organisation who seeks the support of a specialist Head of Clinical Governance to work for a 3-6 month period in an Acute environment.The right candidate will have predominant Acute experience, a track record of turn around and be able to lead on a full restructure of the Governance team.
