Description
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Corporate Asset Manager to lead and advise as part of a new team delivering major multi £million development projects and enterprise support.
The core role involves managing a wide range of Council owned property and assets whilst advising the Council on property and strategic issues.
You will need to be able to develop positive working relationships with both public and private sector stakeholders.
Requirements:
Must have worked as Asset Manager in a Council/Local Government.
Experience of working with elected members, or in a political environment.
