Description

We are seeking an experience QC Engineer to be responsible for the Lifecycle Management of QC equipment and associated software, by supporting the QC Laboratory Expansion project in the south of Ireland.
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe practices are adhered to at all times on the project.
  • Ensure QC activities are carried out in compliance with product licence commitments, cGMP and internal/external Quality standards
  • Drive Qualification for Equipment and associated software in support of QC Laboratory Expansion
  • Ensure clear communication on timelines and expectations to all project stakeholders,
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance system maintained up-to-date
  • Sourcing, purchase and qualification of laboratory equipment
  • Carry out integration of new equipment on to the QC server where applicable
  • Ensure compliant temperature mapping of relevant equipment.
  • Develop training packages for new equipment where applicable
  • Provide QC validation life cycle/CSV expertise to the team/project and support development of the team skill set/knowledge base where applicable
Requirements:
  • Primary Science degree with a sound technical background in a regulated environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound Technical expertise of QC Micro/Chemistry equipment
  • Expertise with respect to 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity and Validation Lifecycle/CSV is essential
  • 3 years technical experience Equipment/software, preferably in a QC environment
  • Experience of Maximo Asset management system an advantage
