Requirements
- Responsible for West Europe Enterprise and industry market planning; strategy making and implementation of products and industry solutions as well as overall sales and sales gross margin targets achieving for West Europe Enterprise Business Group (WEU-EBG).
- Responsible for West Europe LEADs and Opportunity management as well as drive to transfer opportunity to sales by Lead development, opportunity searches and market expansion.
- Responsible for making and implementing West Europe solution strategic planning (SP/BP).
- Responsible for launching solutions, sales supporting and solution cooperation.
- Build sustained competitiveness for solutions.
- Responsible for understanding customer needs, response and closed-loop lifecycle management (CL2M).
- Guide products’ and solutions’ R&D and increase its competitiveness.
Qualifications
- 10 + years of working experience in related industry, with Bachelor degree and/or above.
- Data communications industry professional background and advanced knowledge.
- Have a global view, sales experience for data communications industry customers, rich experience in team management and leadership ability.
- Ability of strategy planning and making, as well as effective presenting ability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and abilities
- Team work spirit and coordination ability.
- Fluency in English language.
