Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for the carrier Data Center IT Infrastructure System integration delivery, such as planning, implementation, service migration, etc.
- Work as a technical lead, responsible for solution architecture to meet customer requirements including functionality, performance, scalability, flexibility, security and high availability.
- Responsible for the service solution pre-sales of Data Center IT Infrastructure System integration and service.
- In charge of the management and communication with CXO level customers and subcontractors, enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- Min. 10+ years of experience with DC/IT infrastructure support and administration.
- Familiar with IT services and processes standard such as ITIL.
- Worked on at least 3 end-to-end deliveries of storage/network/backup/DR or cloud projects as a technical team lead.
- TCP/IP network and SAN: familiar with router, FC/Ethernet switches, FC/IP SAN, NAS, Trunk, Stack RIP, OSPF, etc.
- Cloud Computing: deep understanding of public & private cloud services and business models, such as hosting, co-location, cloud storage, cloud host and other IDC services; involved in at least 3 or more cloud computing project (bid & implementation).
- Backup and DR: familiar with backup and Data Protection software (such as NBU, CV Simpana) and data replication of host/storage/application (such as SAN Mirror).
- Deep understanding of data center evolution of trends.
- Deep understanding of public & private cloud services and business models, such as hosting, co-location, cloud storage, cloud host and other IDC services.
- Experience with the following infrastructure technology will be an added advantage:
- OSS: familiar with common OSS software (HP iLo, OneView, BMC Patrol etc.) and architecture.
- IT Basic Application: familiar with IT basic applications, including SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), SharePoint, Exchange; OA, Web, FTP, SMTP, Database, etc.
- Operators IT applications: ERP, Billing, BSS (CBS/CRM/PRM), BI, Portal etc.
- Security: familiar with security products such as firewall, VPN, antivirus, IDS/IPS, PKI, etc., and with international security standards. Responsible for design and implementation of network and information security solution.
- Data Center Transformation and migration project experience preferred
