Detailed Job Description(s)
Responsible to provide overall leadership for the implementation of Maximo 7.6.
- This resource is responsible for assisting in the development of schedules, milestones, Resource requirements and staffing plans to achieve deliverables associated with the Maximo Implementation Project.
- This role will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the Maximo implementation workstreams.
- This role will be the primary point of contact with the Maximo Project Manager that is responsible for the implementation of Maximo at Edmonton, Alberta Canada and Cork, Ireland.
- He/She will provide regular status reports and briefings; Assure recognition of project changes and execution of related change control procedures;
- Manage the project resources, including customers and contractors as required.
- He/she will be the overall hands on-site manager for the implementation of Maximo
Specific experience with managing the following Maximo Implementation work streams is required:
- Data Conversion
- Data Cleansing and Enrichment
- Training
- Change Management/Communications
- Testing (Unit, Functional, User Acceptance Testing)
- Cut-over Planning and Execution
- Post Go-Live Support
Specific experience with non-Maximo to Maximo implementations is required.
