About the Client Consultant Role:
As the Client Consultant your job will be identifying new business opportunities within the IT Dynamics market, UK wide so you get to know the industry and become a market specialist in this designated field. Although business development is the main aspect of the role, you will also need strong rapport building skills to do this alongside maintaining existing relationships with current clients that Progressive hold. You will be providing support on all sales tasks to ensure a high level of service delivery (capturing job specs, client meetings, arranging interviews) and making sure the client has full understanding of candidates being sourced throughout the entire journey.
Skills Needed as the Client Consultant:
Acting as the Client consultant also opens opportunities to promote Progressive services' based on clients' resource planning and recruitment needs so you will need to have a good understanding of your market and Progressive Recruitment. To do this we need to see a proven track record of acquiring new business and billings from previous employment.
For this Client Consultant job, you will need to have drive and be a hungry individual, we look for the ambitious to join us here at Progressive. Ideally educated to degree level with a 2.1, alternatively a 2.2. If you are not educated to this level, 12months + in a strong B2B sales / telesales environment is essential.
