IT Telco Consultant (voice)(Engineer)(Avaya)
IT Specialist Run Voice, the telephony branch required for ASAP start on busy project for a long, lucrative and stable contract.
We are looking for someone ideally well versed in Avaya telecommunications modules with Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya Call Management System (ACD) systems.
Knowledge/experience:
. Can handle telephony issues.
. Manage work seamlessly take on the incumbent colleagues.
. Knowledge of telephony.
. Experience of working in Avaya systems ACD environments and preferably NICE voice logging systems.
. Project experience.
