I am currently recruiting for a Senior Change Analyst for a Global Financial Services organisation. Please find the role details below.
Rate: Up to £450.00 per day
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Role: Senior Change Analyst
Contract Length: 6 months rolling
This area has seen significant recent growth and as such has been given budget for additional headcount.
The Senior Change Analyst will have:
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to interpret information in order to provide clear communication to Stakeholders.
- A proven track record of high level customer service.
- Experience in a Service Management role (preferable)
- A confident manor when dealing with 3rd parties and stakeholders
- Experience in the operation of Change Management processes
- An ITIL certificate (any level)
Key Deliverables for the Role:
- Review of all Change within Production and Non-Production environments
- Carry out regular Change functions
- Consistently publish the Change Control calendar
- Provide governance and oversight for Change Management procedures.
- Provide MI reports for Stakeholders and external clients
- Manage the booking schedule of Non-Production environments
- Administer and run regular meetings
