My client is looking for an experienced Process Consultant to review the current Sales processes, review and recommend industry best practise.
You key requirements for the role are:-
Review the current Sales life cycle processes
Work with the Business and map the AS-IS processes
Work Sales and Marketing to ensure best practise
Produce documentation for the revised sales processes
Gain sign off for your recommendation
Personal Qualities
The ability to engage at CxO Level and with Sales Executives alike
Gravitas to build rapport with multiple departments
Stakeholder Management
Clear concise communications skills
