Customer Service Support EN/FR or EN/DU
For our client, an international financial organization, we are looking for a Customer Service Support, to support a team who are responsible for providing support to customers on a global basis.
You will be part of the Services Operations Team of our client.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first class support to external and internal customers Worldwide via email and phone on both specific technical questions as well as general operational or procedural aspects
- You will be in charge of DHL services and email management
- Providing administrative assistance to the team
- Contributing to the operational set-up of security services
Profile:
- You are able to change priorities and you have excellent time management
- You are able to set and manage customer expectations and issues by mail and phone
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are a team player, with a proactive approach
- You are a fast learner and are detailed oriented
- You are able to work independently
- Excellent command of software skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Perfect English with French and/or Dutch
