Sales Administrator - 3 month temporary contract

The RZ Group is currently working closely with a large, well known brand who is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join them on an initial 3 month contract. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for performing activities and tasks within the end to end Order to Cash (OTC) Process. They will be the Single Point of Contact for both internal and external customers for any queries relating to order management, customer service, distribution and finance.

Role responsibilities:

  • Liaising directly with customers to manage any OTC related queries including the resolution of alerts generated in the companies systems - order blocks, delivery blocks, credit hold and other financial alerts.
  • Direct interface with all relevant internal teams (including Sales, Distribution) for any customer OTC related escalation queries.
  • Responsible for accurate processing of relevant orders (emergency) when needed, to agreed time frames

My client is looking for candidates with a strong Administration/Customer Service background with the ability to process orders onto the relevant systems.
