I'm currently recruiting for the below contract opportunity which I wanted to run by you to see if you're available/interested, or can recommend anyone who might be suitableRole: Solvency II IMAP / SAT Coordinator
Duration: Initial 3 month contract, likely to extend for a further 3 months
Location: South West England, near Bristol
Rate: £650-£850/day
I am looking for someone to coordinate the delivery of the SAT document and IMAP as part of a Solvency II programme.
I am looking for candidates with the following experience:
- Must have coordinated the delivery of the SAT document in a previous IMAP
- Experience of at least one end-to-end IMAP
- Experience interacting with the regulator as part of this process
- Must possess the detailed knowledge of what is required by the regulator / Solvency II regulations prior to starting the role
- there will be no time to learn on the job, or to utilise other team members to help define these requirements
- Must be a quantitative person who is comfortable with the technical requirements of the SAT/IMAP
- not necessarily an actuary, but this would be beneficial.
- At the very least must have a detailed knowledge / understanding / practical experience of working with actuaries, and can understand the technicalities of their role and deliverable
- Must be pragmatic and have a wider picture understanding of Solvency II
- Must have strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
