Description

A leading global technology business specialising in the provision of advanced communications to the broadcast, surveillance and defence industries, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to be based at their site in Colchester

The company are currently working on some genuinely exciting projects including lots of work in the television and sporting industries

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

+ The co-ordination and processing of customer repairs. Interfaces with customers, project engineering, manufacturing and accounting personnel on matters dealing with scheduling and shipping of spares and repairs orders.

+ Manage the front line customer service team

The ideal candidate will have:

+ 5+ years of related customer service experience

+ An electronics/broadcast background is a plus
