Description
For our client based in Poland we are currently looking for a HCM Solution Architect for a global roll-in project. This project starts ASAP. (April latest)
You will be maintaining the SAP HCM/Success Factors template through the global Roll-ins and do SAP HCM/Success Factors related customizing and developments.
You will also be responsible to find the best technical solution in SAP/SF for approved changes and creating the functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and data migration and work closely with the team.
Experience:
- More than 8 years of professional experience with SAP HCM, specifically Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits and Payroll interface
- Experience with large global Roll-ins including at least three full life cycle implementation projects
- Experience in configuration of Portal/MSS/ESS
- Proven experience with SF Performance Management, e-Recruiting, Talent Management and Compensation
- Strong experience partnering with key stakeholders to communicate, influences, and bring innovative solutions to challenging problems or conflicts
- Strong analytical skills; ability to perform complex system analysis and draw conclusions by relating information from different sources, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution
- Ability to travel up to 20 - 40% depending on the project phase
- Very good English skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages are a plus
