Requirements
- Design and implement the system infrastructure for applications
- Maintain and troubleshoot applications
- Automate common processes within application infrastructure
- System Design and Implementation
- Execute capacity planning for the supported applications
- Guarantee security of the system infrastructure by proper design and continuous analysis of new threads
- React on incident reports received from support, the monitoring system or other channels
- Provide feedback to development based on observations or
- On-call depending on the application needs
- Automate common tasks in order to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support Operations if automating complex tasks
Qualifications
- Fluent English and Mandarin languages
- Hands on experience as IT System Engineer in similar environment
- 5 years of System Engineering experience
- Basic knowledge of Java, virtualization, SQL, system documentation, etc
- Expert knowledge on multi-tier web based applications and technologies
- Expert on system and process automation and scripting
- Expert knowledge of system architecture and design
