We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to support their project in Philippines.
Position Title: CEM Manager
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- Manage project development from initiation to closure.
- Accountable for project results along with project sponsor.
- Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
- Work with Delivery/Technical Managers to complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
- Provide accurate project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
- Clearly communicate expectations, scope of work to team members and stakeholders.
- Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented according to the change request process.
- Manage external vendor/partner along with the project.
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
- Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.
- Manages client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts.
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- Bachelor or Master in Software engineering or IT.
- PMP/PMI certified preferred.
- Familiar with project management tools and/or software packages.
- Demonstrated leadership managing people.
- Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strategic, operational, and technical marketing & management skills.
- Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.
- Ability to work independently.
- Approx. 15+ years of experience.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
