We are currently recruiting for an IT Manager to join their business in DR Congo.
Position Title: IT Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working closely with the Project Managers on Solutions scoping, customizations and realizations
- Take a lead technical role in the deployment and successful integration of IT products into customer network environments
- Lead technical upgrades and expansions of IT products within a customer production environment
- Written, and executed customer acceptance dates
- Leading troubleshooting issues during the integration of IT deployments, interfacing with multi vendors such IN, Core Network, Billing and other third parties, encompassing: SS7 and IP provision.
- Working for continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Computer Science, Engineering or Telecommunications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT Product Experience
- Technical and leadership skills
- Fluent French and English speaker
