We are currently recruiting for an Core Manager to join their business in DR Congo.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for manage Core equipment roll out, commissioning and acceptance
- Perform the technical support, routine maintenance task, troubleshooting and system improvement
- Be responsible for reviewing the rationality and applicability of the R&D Solution and R&D guidelines from two points of view, ie engineering and client's requirements
- Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and correctness of acceptance documents and technical materials of various mature products
- Prepare cutover plans for various mature products, and be responsible for their implementation
- Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues
- Perform any other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on direct manager request
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years experience in telecommunications field
- Solid knowledge of core (WCN/CS/PS) technologies
- Have basic knowledgeable with transmission system CAF system, RAN system, computers and TCP/IP Networks
- Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Fluent French and English speaker
