My client is planning a CRM project with SAP CRM 7 (EHP2) with an ECC6 Back End on EHP7 and HANA.
Skills :
Technical and functional knowledge in the following SAP CRM domains are absolutely necessary:
- Account and contact management
- Installed base management
- Case Management
- CRM Service Processing
- Complaint Processing
- Contract management
- Integrated Scenarios
- Service analytics
- Middleware
Service description:
A blue print has to be established based upon the available business requirements, while organizing workshops, interviewing key users and business experts. Detailed gap analyses have to be performed as well as defining interfacing specs for non-SAP system. Build and customizing have to be performed covering the described functional needs in SAP CRM.

- SAP CRM customizing skills
- Basic SAP-PI knowledge is highly recommended
- Good technical documentation skills
- Belgian resident
- Good communication skills
- Not a pure IT approach but also profound knowledge of CRM business processes
Language expectations:
