Description

Responsibilities:

. Office IT-Security (Including access for external partners)

. Office network (Including guest network)

. User support

. Mall related services and AD

. Internal support systems (Currently Navision)

. Back-up routines and execution

. Create and maintain documentation that fully describes the responsibilities for the department which must be agreed with role descriptions for all staff within department

. Create and maintain role description for all staff within department

. Report/escalate security risks and other findings that could affect our service

Experience/Knowledge:

. Fast growing organisations

. 7 to 10 years of management positions experience

. Companies with value based leadership

. Companies with online business

. Experience with procurement and budget

. Recruitment

. Excellent leadership skills

. Organizational development

. Preferable knowledge about Agile methods
