SAP Basis Consultant
eurpeople's customer, a global leading organisation, is seeking an experienced SAP Basis consultant to join its on going assignment assignment in Madrid, Spain.
Candidates are required to have between 3 years to 8 years of hands on, project based SAP Basis experience gained on actual projects. Standard BASIS support and administration skills within SAP Basis are required.
We are currently looking for a 2 Senior SAP Basis team within ERP - Architecture and Infrastructure Services.
As part of the ERP Basis team, the candidate will:
- Provide technical support and maintain consistent configuration, implementation, operation support of the SAP Basis
- Implement new SAP/Business Object release and set up standards for operational management
- Resolve complex problems
- Manage and maintain SAP Basis support services
- Configure, implement and optimize SAP systems
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases
- Tune capacity and performance;
- Comply with OLAs and QA requirements;
The Senior SAP Administrator will be accountable to work in SAP Projects.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years' experience working in SAP Basis
- SAP Basis experience - hands on installation and maintenance
- Technically fluent in Linux and Oracle database administration
- Knowledge of enterprise-level applications
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Strong customer service orientation
