Rate: £400 - £500 p/d

Project Details: One of our NHS clients based in the East Midlands, is currently looking to recruit an interim CiP Programme Manager, to manage the delivery and implementation of the organisations CiP for the next financial year.
You will be required to deliver and implement the current CiP programmes for the financial year, whilst providing expert advice to both the transformation and finance teams to ensure that developing programmes are both achievable and sustainable.
The successful candidate will also be required to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the CiP performance against pre-set targets, which will be delivered to Finance and Transformation departments. You will also be required to provide expert advice on a number of other transformation programmes within the organisation, including QiPP and Service reconfiguration.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Evidence of delivery of large scale CiP Programmes within an NHS organisation
- The ability to operate and communicate with wide stakeholder groups including trust board members
- PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
- Experience of delivering on a variety of transformation programmes within the NHS
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CiP Programme Manager to challenge themselves to deliver large scale CiP programmes within a troubled NHS organisation, whilst also developing your experience of delivering on a number of other transformational programmes.
