My client, a tier one bank, are looking for a Senior Commercial Client Advisor to conduct senior servicing to high value and complex Commercial Clients based out of Edinburgh on a long-term contract.
This Senior Commercial Client Advisor will be looking to support high value and complex Commercial Clients through the process of migrating them from present online channels to a new Commercial Banking Online Service.
The main responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Client Advisor will be:
- To provide senior servicing to high value and complex Commercial Clients (NOT basic servicing)
- Senior stakeholder management and client on a day-to-day
- Investigation of client issues
- Manage specific client issues or queries through to resolution.
- Support clients & colleagues as online channels SME's.
- Facilitate first class client support enabling the client to make best use of the new Commercial e-banking service.

Skills/Experience Preferred:
Previous experience of client contact either directly or via a helpdesk role.
A knowledge of Commercial e-banking products or a digital background would be beneficial, although training and familiarisation will be provided.
NOTE: you will not be the first port of call for client queries, your position will only receive complex queries being escalated to them
