Responsibilities

  • To support the creation of a world class customer support experience

To be a successful in this role your skills and experience will include;

  • Service development, preferably within a Financial Services environment
  • Implementing change involving technology, people or process reengineering
  • Influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Business analysis and solution development
  • Graduate calibre or relevant professional qualification useful eg Six Sigma
