Responsibilities
- To support the creation of a world class customer support experience
To be a successful in this role your skills and experience will include;
- Service development, preferably within a Financial Services environment
- Implementing change involving technology, people or process reengineering
- Influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Business analysis and solution development
- Graduate calibre or relevant professional qualification useful eg Six Sigma
