Quantity Surveyor
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to work for one of the UK's leading banks based in Manchester.
My client is looking for candidates with the following skills and experience;
* Strong understanding of building refurbishment processes
* Ability to update and report programme spend against budget
* Extensive knowledge of creating Programme Status Reports and completing all required external reports for review by Programme Managers and sponsors
* Ability to manage accrual process and provide information required to support
accounting treatment decisions and capital allowances
* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to different tasks quickly.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to work with external Quantity Surveyors to ensure co-ordinated approach to cost reporting
