Senior Project Manager ( ICT, B2B for Telecomm Client, Danish speaking a plus)
for our Client in Copenhagen, we need a skilled Senior project manager, preferable with experience from the Telecom business ( vendors, operators), and preferable Danish speaking, and off course able to work in Denmark !
Description:
Project management and support of Telecom and ICT (Information & Communications Technology) Solutions to business customers.
Project Management responsibilities:
Working with technical and advanced solutions handling solutions dedicated to B2B costumers and network changes.
Supporting technical pre-sale and facilitation integration process in direct contact with the customer.
Supporting the management in the project status and progress reporting.
Driving technical projects to implementation and hand over to service.
The main objective is to implement costumer orders and inventory changes
Responsible for:
Delivering decision documents required for economical/implementation approval.
Deliver projects according to the decided and approved project plan in relation to solution, time and economy.
Detailed planning in relation to the project integration.
Direct customer contact and communication related to deliveries, incl. detailed planning in relation to physical integration.
Secure Change request/Planed event flow in relation to project implementation.
Ordering material, services and resources to implement decided solution.
Delivery of progress reporting towards the costumer and sale.
Delivering economical and progress reporting.
Ensuring update of required documentation and inventory database.
Closing project according to decided process.
Working with and understanding the technical and product implementation in relation to costumer and network implementation.
In close collaboration with peers in Technology and BU responsible for evaluate solutions.
o Handling implementation of agreed network solutions
o Understanding product functionality and SLA levels in relation to costumer deliveries.
o Implementation-, Installation and solution cost validation.
o Continuous evaluate, improve and document existing processes.
Other objectives:
Use the decided processes, systems for services and orders
Ensure Goods received for project portfolio.
Update and handle project portfolios for management reporting purposes.
Supporting BU and sale in relation to Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements
Improving the way of working in relation to internal and external interfaces.
Work together with the organization, ensuring we are focused on the company Vision & Strategy, focus on our company code of conduct and values acting as team players.
Experience with management and coordination of small and medium size projects.
