Change Manager -Incident & Problem Manager

For one of our leading tech clients is urgently looking for Swedish speaking Change Manager -Incident & Problem Manager for a long contract in Sweden. The successful Change Manager -Incident & Problem Manager can expect to be on the project for approximately 4 to 5 years being responsible for all IPC processes during operations and will drive the service integration function.

As a Change Manager -Incident & Problem Manager you will have the following skills & experience:

  • Understand IPC processes during operations and will drive the service integration function
  • Understand standards and processes required for customer and implement/refine the processes
  • Drives all incidents occurring at the client.
  • Will coordinate with offshore IPC team for Change and Problem management activities
  • Manage service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
  • Identifies opportunities for service improvements and assist teams to execute service improvement initiatives
  • Swedish speaking resource for coordinating any incident or discussion at onsite along with onsite SDM
  • Contract: 5 Years
