Description:
- Responsible for understanding and monitoring inventory position and making recommendations for improvement.
- Tracks PPV; drives best practices on costs and inventory accounting, excess & obsolescence reserves, scrap and disposal process, physical inventory counts, and excess inventory management.
- Investigates and analyzes requests related to margins regarding revenue and costing allocations.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of inventory valuation methods including physical inventory, stock turns, purchase price variances, cost down roadmaps, Activity Based Costing, LEAN techniques, labor variances, material usage variances, recycling, purchasing and routings.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access required.
